PEOPLE NEED A MORE PERSONAL REVELATION OF GOD THAN GENERAL REVELATION, PART 3.

God also reveals Himself by telling His name. He enters into covenant with believers and gives Himself to be known by them. He shows in His word how He made covenants with His people where He never backed away even though sometimes His people turned away. In Jeremiah 31:31 He promises a New Covenant to His Chosen People that would rain down to the gentiles through the Person of Jesus Christ, at the shedding of His blood at the cross, as now all can come to know God and be His people, as there is now forgiveness through Christ: “ Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, not like the covenant that I made with their fathers…I will put my laws into their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” And this new covenant is for all the peoples who put their faith in Jesus Christ since by faith they become of the seed of Abraham! And all the promises to Abraham are to all the peoples of faith, and just as He made personal covenants with Abraham so He will make personal covenants to His people today. So God reveals personally once again to humanity!

Mighty events by God in the world’s history have shown His self-revelation also. In studying the Scriptures there are mighty events such as the parting of the Red Sea in order that the Israelites might cross it and be delivered from their enemies: the Israelites even now celebrate this event during the Passover; the virgin birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ; His death at the cross and His resurrection on the third day! This so man could receive forgiveness of his sins and be redeemed. And Jesus is found in the secular books as having been a historical person! Also the inception of the Church at Pentecost where a group of disciples were praying and from there it just exploded in numbers by the power of the Holy Spirit!; in more contemporary times, man has seen the advancement of technology, medicine, and the arts: just in medicine alone, the invention of the vaccine has eradicated much human deaths!; in the last days world events Jesus prophesied about the signs of His second coming in Matthew 24:7: “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.”; these are all things that have been increasing in number since the 20th century and the Television News brings it alive to our living rooms! Man has seen countries which were once completely closed to the gospel, stating that they were an atheist country, now open to the message of the gospel: one of these countries is Russia. And it is appropriate to mention, that just a few centuries ago, the idea of America was born out of the heart of God, and at this point in time it is still a superpower! And of course in Matthew 24: 32-35 it speaks of the lesson of the fig tree, that when the branches become tender and it shoots out leaves, then He is near: many believe that this sign was fulfilled with the birthing of the nation of Israel in 1948 and that that generation will see His return! According to Psalm 90:10 it says that a man’s life is 70 years, and in the 80s for reason of strength, so you can do the numbers and it is clear that His return is imminent. The reason why believers should be praying for the peace of Jerusalem and keeping an eye on all the events around her, and of course being diligent in bringing the good news of the gospel to ‘the Jew first’ and so all gentiles might hear the gospel. So it is clear that God has revealed Himself through particular or special revelation and like Dr. Jack Hayford said: “It clearly is His heart to invite us to open to, and explore, the wonder of His Person and Being.”1

A GENERATION

यीशु मसीह के माध्यम स उद्धार!

जेना-जेना ईसाई इतिहास विकसित होइत गेल छल, ‘यीशु’ नाम ‘याहवेह उद्धार अछि’ के नाम सँ जानल जाइत छल | पुरान नियम के प्रभु, मुक्तिदाता, मुक्तिदाता, परमेश्वर के धारणा स॑ ई अर्थ यीशु के पास स्थानांतरित होय गेलऽ छेलै आरू मसीही हुनका पर कोना विश्वास करै छेलै । 1 अवश्य, बाद मे, हम सभ आब यीशु केँ पाप आ आध्यात्मिक अन्हार सँ मुक्तिदाता आ मुक्तिदाताक रूप मे देखैत छी, जे हमरा सभक पापक भुगतान करबाक लेल क्रूस पर खून बहौलनि, जँ हम सभ विश्वास करैत छी! आ जे ओ भगवानक एकमात्र बाट छथि! तखन ओ हमर उद्धारकर्ता छथि!

हमरा सब के आब हुनका स संबंध बनेबाक लेल एकटा नव जन्मल अनुभव के जरूरत अछि ! यूहन्ना 3:3,16 मे कहल गेल अछि: “ ‘यीशु उत्तर देलथिन आ कहलथिन, ‘हम अहाँ केँ सत् य कहैत छी, जाबत तक कियो नव जन्म नहि लेत, ताबत धरि ओ परमेश् वरक राज् य केँ नहि देखि सकैत अछि’….’किएक तँ परमेश् वर संसार सँ एतेक प्रेम कयलनि जे ओ अपन एकलौता पुत्र केँ दऽ देलनि, जाहि सँ जे कियो हुनका पर विश् वास करैत अछि, तकरा नाश नहि हो, बल् कि अनन्त जीवन भेटय।’ “ यूहन्ना 11: 25-26 मे सेहो कहैत छथि: “ यीशु हुनका कहलथिन, ‘हम पुनरुत्थान आ जीवन छी। जे हमरा पर विश्वास करत, भले ओ मरि सकैत अछि, ओ जीवित रहत। आ जे जीबैत अछि आ हमरा पर विश्वास करत, ओ कहियो नहि मरत। की अहाँ एहि बात पर विश्वास करैत छी?’”

त हमरा सब के अपन पाप स विश्वास करय के जरूरत अछि आ पश्चाताप करय के जरूरत अछि ताकि आब परमेश्वर के संग एहन संबंध बना सकब जे केवल यीशु हमरऽ उद्धारकर्ता आरू प्रभु के साथ नया जन्म के अनुभव के माध्यम स॑ आबै छै! “मसीही जीवन केरऽ शुरुआत म॑ अपनऽ पाप केरऽ पहचान आरू आत्मकेंद्रित जीवन पद्धति के त्याग करै के संकल्प के जरूरत छै ।“2
