MARY MAGDALENE PROFILE: HIS ALWAYS DISCIPLE AFTER SHE MET JESUS!

Mary became Jesus’ follower and disciple after He cast out 7 demons out of her! ( Read Luke 8: 2). What a deliverance! You could call her a woman of the streets, a mentally ill person! But now she was free from the darkness! Jesus brought her to the light! And she loved Jesus’ heart with all her person!

When He was crucified, she was there by the cross together with Mary, His mother, and other disciples! That tore her heart to see such a good Person Being treated like a common thief! And when He resurrected, what a joy it brought to her soul! She knew He was special, and now she was not wrong! She was the first person He appeared to in the garden while she walked in despair! She did not recognized Him initially but then He said her name, and she knew beyond a doubt it was Him! She ran to tell His other disciples. He chose her, a woman, to be His “spokesperson”! That was such an honor. John 20: 11-18.

After His ascension, she was one of the women devoting herself .to prayer, together with the apostles and other women, including His mother and brothers! ( Acts 1: 14). It was such a wonder! She kept fellowshipping with the other disciples, remembering all His sayings! This could only lead to good!

JESUS APPEARS TO MARY MAGDALENE!
t Jesus said to her,
‘Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father,
But go to My brothers and say to them,
‘l am ascending to My Father and your Father,
To My God and your God.’ Mary Magdalene went and announced to the disciples,
‘l have seen the Lord’—
And that He had said these things to her.” John 20: 17-18.
