Faith is another of the gifts of the Holy Spirit! As we see in Scripture, each of us is given a measure of faith: “But to think with sober judgment each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.” (Romans 12:3). It also says: “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the Word of Christ.” (Romans 10:17).
So it seems that each of us receives this gift, the gift of faith, even in first believing in Christ, to say yes or no to Him. And we activate it when we are hearing the Word of God, whether reading it, studying it or listening to it! And whether the measure of faith given us is small or large, we can move mountains with it, even when it is as small as a grain of mustard seed! And a mustard seed is one of the smallest seeds in the world! “ For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’, and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you”.(Matthew 17:20).
So basically, when we are born-again, and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, one of the gifts we will always receive individually is a measure of faith. We just need to activate it with the Word, so that we hear according to God’s will and believe! As we see, God is pleased with those who believe. The patriarchs of the past, pleased God because they believed and it was counted to them as righteousness (Galatians 3:6). By faith Noah, who was warned by God of future events, constructed an ark to save his household; by faith Abraham obeyed God when He told him to leave Ur ( Iraq ) and to go to a place he didn’t know but which he was to receive as an inheritance; by faith Sarah, Abraham’s wife, had a baby, Isaac, when she was past the age of bearing children; and thus came a multitude of descendants as promised by God.(Read Hebrews 11).
God blessed them and all their descendants unto future generations, even today, even us who are of the seed of Abraham by faith in Christ, and still can receive the same promises made to him! (Read Galatians 3:15-29). Some of the promises made to the patriarchs didn’t happen while they were alive but they embraced them from afar! As an example the promise to Abraham that from him would be born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as many as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore: this we would see through all generations since then, become true! And by faith in Christ , we make up one of those descendants! Therefore, faith is a gift from the Holy Spirit, that can help build up the broken walls of our personality such as are our dreams, our finances, our relationships, our health, our souls, our spirit! So let’s believe so we can bring hope to our personalities, and so we can please God!
यीशु मसीह दे जरिए उद्धार!
जियां-जियां मसीही इतिहास विकसित होंदा जा करदा हा, ‘यीशु’ दे नां गी ‘यहोह उद्धार ऐ’ दे रूप च जानेआ जंदा हा। प्रभु, मुक्तिदाता, मुक्तिदाता, परमेसरे दी पुराने नियम दी धारणा थवां, ए अर्थ यीशु गी हस्तांतरित कित्ते गे ते मसीही उदे उप् पर किय् यां विश् वास करदे हे। १ बेशक, बाद च, अस ह़ुन यीशु गी पाप ते आत् मक न् ह़ेरे थवां छुटकारा देने आला ते मुक् तिदाता दे रूप च दिक् खी सकने आं, जेके साढ़े पापें दा भुगतान करने आस् ते क्रूस उप् पर खून बहा करदे हे, जेकर अस विश् वास करने आं! ते के ओह़ परमेसरे दा इकमात्र रस् ता ऐ! फिरी ओह़ साढ़ा मुक् तिदाता ऐ!
साकुं हुण हुंदे नाल रिश्ता बणावण कित्ते हेक नवे जन्म दे अनुभव करण दी जरूरत हे! यूहन्ना 3:3,16 च ए आखदा ऐ: “ ‘यीशु ने उसी जवाब दित्ता, ‘मैं तुसेंगी सच् चाई कन् ने आखना ऐ के, जदुं तकर कोई दुबारा पैदा नेई ह़ोई जंदा, तां ओह़ परमेसरे दे राज गी नेई दिक् खी सकदा’….’ कीजे परमेसरे संसार कन् ने इय् यां गै प्रेम कित्ता के उनेंगी अपने इकलौते पुत्तर गी देई ओड़ेया, तांजे जेका बी उदे उप् पर विश् वास करदा ऐ, ओह़ नाश नेई ह़ोई जा, बल् कि उसी अनंत जीवन ह़ोई जा।’ “ यूहन्ना 11: 25-26 च बी आखदा ऐ: “ यीशु ने उसी आखया, ‘मैं जी उठना ते जीवन ऐं। जेड़ा मेरे उप्पर विश् वास करदा ऐ, मरी बी जिंदा रौह्ग। ते जेड़ा जींदा ते मेरे उप्पर विश्वास करदा ऐ, ओह कदें बी नेईं मरग। क्या तुस इस गल्ल गी मनदे ओ?’ “
इस आस् ते असेंगी अपने पापें उप् पर विश् वास करने ते पछताने दी लोड़ ऐ तांजे ह़ुन परमेसरे कन् ने एह़ रिश् ता बनाई सकचे जेका सिर्फ साढ़े मुक् तिदाता ते प्रभु यीशु कन् ने नमें सिरेआ पैदा होने आले अनुभव दे जरिये गै औंदा ऐ! “मसीही जीवन दी शुरुआत च अपने आप गी पापें गी पन्छानना ते आत्मकेंद्रित जीवन दे तरीके गी त्यागने दा संकल्प करना लोड़चदा ऐ।”2
