THE PERSON OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: THE THIRD PERSON IN THE GODHEAD, PART I. My view on the topic of the Holy Spirit is that He is a Person who makes up the third person in the Godhead. According to Millard J. Erickson, “there are several reasons why the study of the Holy...

PERSEVERANCE AND GLORIFICATION: COMPLETION OF SALVATION, PART 3. As for glorification, according to Erickson , “glorification is the point at which the doctrine of salvation and the doctrine of the last things overlap, for it looks beyond this life to the world to...

PERSEVERANCE AND GLORIFICATION: COMPLETION OF SALVATION, PART 2. But the Scripture is clear: ‘work out your own salvation with fear and trembling’! Of course, and here is where I have a turn of heart and mind, there seems to be Scriptural basis for both , the...

PERSEVERANCE AND GLORIFICATION: COMPLETION OF SALVATION, PART 1. According to Millard J. Erickson “the completion of salvation is found in the two doctrines of perseverance and glorification. Perseverance means that God will enable the believer to remain in the faith...

SANCTIFICATION: BEING AND BECOMING HOLY, PART 3. Together with the moral understanding of the concept, in the New Testament, sanctification of believers is seen as the work of God (John 10: 36), of Christ (John 17: 19) and of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15: 16)....

How To Receive Jesus and Be Saved
If you would like to receive Jesus Christ into your life and be “born again,” all you have to do, according to Him is:
“Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
John 3:7-8
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”
John 3:16
“Because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raise Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Romans 10:9
“For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Romans 10:13
Ask, Seek and Knock
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that aseeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
(Matthew 7:7-8)
